The Art and science of Taekwondo is a Traditional Korean Martial Arts and it has been developed into one of the most popular martial arts in the world. It has become an international Olympic sport, practiced by millions worldwide.
Taekwondo is made from three Korean Words i.e "Tae" means foot techniques, "kwon" means hand techniques and "Do" means way of life, It is a discipline that shows ways of enhancing our spirit and life through training our body and mind.

Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate mixed with boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport.
Kickboxing is a modern martial art and combat sport which can be practiced for health & fitness, self-defense, or competition. The techniques taught in kickboxing include punches, kicks and knee strikes from the standing position. Kickboxing style training looks at all techniques equally, and favors combinations and forward pressure. The fast pace of Kickboxing is ideal for training for fitness or for fighting. You are not required to fight, and if you simply wish to train for fun and fitness that’s okay. If you do chose to spar you’ll be invited to join in once you have mastered the basics.
one popular form of kickboxing is known as aerobic or cardiovascular (cardio) kickboxing, which combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. Unlike other types of kickboxing, cardio kickboxing does not involve physical contact between competitors. it's a cardiovascular workout that's done because of its many benefits to the body.
Cardio kickboxing classes usually start with 10-15 minutes of warm-ups, which may include stretching and traditional exercises such as jumping jacks and push-ups, followed by a 30-minute kickboxing session that includes movements such as knee strikes, kicks, and punches. Some instructors may use equipment like punching bags or jump ropes.

MMA stands for Mixed Martial Arts. Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that allows both striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground, using techniques from other combat sports and martial arts.
MMA training Syllabus contains all upper body Martial Arts Techniques, Lower Body Martial Arts Techniques, Fitness Exercises(Body strengthening, Body Conditioning training) and Self-defence Techniques.
